Hotel Policies

When you make a Booking on our website, you will be asked to click "I accept" and you will not be able to complete your Booking if you do not do this. This confirms that you accept these terms.

We strongly recommend that you read the terms before accepting.

1. General Terms

  • All guests need to present valid photo ID proof at the time of check-in.
  • The hotel reserves the right to admission.
  • The standard check-in time is 1:00 PM and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
  • Early check-in and late check-out will be chargeable and subject to availability.
  • Children from 0–6 years of age can stay free of cost without an extra bed. Children from 7–12 years might need an extra bed and therefore extra adult charges of INR 1,200 shall be levied for the same.
  • Extra guest charges are INR 1,200/- per adult per night.
  • One can make the booking and secure the same by paying in advance.
  • In case of any discrepancy by the guest, the hotel reserves the right to admission and at the discretion of the property.
  • Triple occupancy will be given only to Family or same gender with valid ID cards.
  • No extra/outside guest is allowed in the room.
  • Smoking is allowed outside the premises only. Please confirm with the Front Office about the same.

2. Our Contract

  • If you are a consumer (i.e. not dealing as a business with us), SiO Suites (we/us) sells all rooms and extras to you subject to these terms.
  • A contract is formed between you and SiO Suites when we issue you with a booking reference number for your room and extras (if applicable). No booking shall be binding on SiO Suites until we issue you with a booking reference number.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel any booking.

3. Your Booking

  • You cannot transfer or resell your booking (in whole or in part). If you transfer or resell (or attempt to transfer or resell) then SiO Suites will terminate your booking and retain any money paid to us for such booking.
  • You may make a booking on someone else's behalf. You are responsible for ensuring that any customer in your booking complies with these terms as if that customer had made the booking.
  • You can only make a booking if you are 19 years old or over. If you arrive at the hotel and are under 19 years of age you will not be permitted to stay alone.
  • You must ensure that the name on a booking is correct at the time of booking.
  • We offer certain extras when you make your booking. The room rate excludes any extras unless we expressly agree with you otherwise as part of your booking. Extras are subject to availability and cannot be transferred to any other booking. If any extra that you have paid for in advance is unavailable upon arrival we will give you a refund of the price you paid for that extra.

4. Rates and Payment

  • The rate for each room is as published on our website at the time of your booking, or, in the case of a telephone booking, as advised to you at the time of booking.
  • All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise advised by SiO Suites.
  • You must be able to show photo identification such as a passport or driver's license or a valid credit or debit card if you are paying by cash for a walk-in booking at SiO Suites.

5. Hotel Policy

  • Money, jewellery and other valuables must be placed in the in-room safe. Management will not be responsible for any loss. You agree to be personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay part or full amount of charges incurred by you.
  • As a policy we do not allow visitors to go to the guest rooms. This is only to ensure the safety and security of our guests.
  • Any damage to property will attract charges. Any activities prohibited by judicial law will not be entertained — Prostitution / Drugs / etc. If you are sharing a room, you agree that your stay is with mutual consent among you and your roommate.
  • Housekeeping will knock three times and announce themselves before entering rooms without a Do Not Disturb sign between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM.

6. Rooms

  • Maximum occupancy for rooms is clearly stated online during the booking process.
  • Guests abusing these guidelines will be required to purchase another room at the published daily rate.
  • To ensure guest safety and security, we do not allow visitors to go to guest rooms.
  • In addition to the maximum room occupancy, one child under the age of 8 years old is permitted per room.
  • You will not leave children unattended in any rooms or public areas at any time.
  • You must not smoke in any area of our hotel or interfere with our fire detection system. If you do so, we will terminate your booking without refund and require you to leave the hotel immediately. You authorise us to charge you any costs we incur if you smoke or cause damage in our hotel including costs for specialist cleaning and the cost of the room for any time period it is unusable.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • In case of cancellation within 72 hours of check-in, on the day of check-in, or after check-in, 100% of the total stay charges will be levied as a penalty.
  • In exceptional cases, certain bookings may be designated as non-refundable in advance, even if cancelled prior to 72 hours before the check-in date.
  • Early check-out will incur charges according to the hotel's standard cancellation policy.
  • In cases of natural disasters, government regulations, or unforeseen events, the policy may be waived at the hotel's discretion.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of guest misconduct, rude behaviour, fraud, possession of any weapon, involvement in any unlawful activities, and any blacklisted profiles.

8. Refund Policy

  • After cancellation is approved by the Hotel management, refund will be initiated within 10 working days and the amount will be reflected in the guest's account within 30 working days.
  • For stays longer than 2 days, if cancelled, charges may apply for the entire stay duration.

9. Booking Modification

  • Modifications can be made free of charge up to 24 hours prior to check-in, which commences at 1:00 PM local time on the date of stay.
  • You may cancel or modify your reservation by reducing the number of rooms or nights, either prior to arrival or during your stay.
  • All modifications (excluding room upgrades) are treated as a cancellation and a new booking. All clauses of the Cancellation Policy are applicable. For date changes, we cannot guarantee the same rates will be available as at the time of booking.
  • Room upgrades will be provided on request where possible. Cancellation Policy does not apply here. Payable amount will be the difference between rate at the time of booking and rate of the upgraded room at time of modification.

10. No Show Policy

  • The entire booking will be charged at 100% if no cancellation or amendments are made by the final booking date.

11. GST

  • If you need a GST Invoice, please confirm the GST number for billing at the time of check-in. GST number once provided will not be changed after check-in. SiO Suites will not be liable or indemnify any loss that you may incur due to failure to intimate correct GST details.

12. Group Bookings

  • When booking five or more rooms, your reservation will be considered as a Group Booking.
  • If you cancel your Group Booking or reduce the number of nights or the number of rooms required within 30 days of your arrival date, we will not refund any money you have paid to us.
  • Subject to availability and payment, you may add any additional night(s) to any Group Booking (after the dates of the original Group Booking) at the rate for the room(s) at the time you make the amendment.

13. Questions and Complaints

  • If you have any questions or complaints in relation to your booking or these terms, please visit our Contact Us page and we will respond to you as quickly as we can, normally within 24 hours.
